Return policy
Scope
This policy applies to prepaid administrative items listed on the main page, such as documentation packages and scheduled informational services. It does not alter statutory rights that cannot be waived.
Eligibility
Requests must be submitted before the published preparation cutoff for the relevant service. After services are delivered or materials are issued, partial adjustments may apply according to internal schedules.

Processing
Approved amounts are returned through the original payment path where technically possible. Processing may require standard banking intervals.
